Résidence L'Espinet enjoys a beautiful and peaceful location in an expansive green space. It is found on the outskirts of the charming town of Quillan. A total of 150 homes are scattered on the gently sloping, open terrain.

This deluxe and comfortable holiday home on the ground floor is semi-detached and accommodates two people. From the partially covered terrace, accessible through the large patio doors, you have a view of the Pyrenees.

The living room features cosy seating with a sofa and a flat screen TV. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and other amenities. The house has a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with a bath and shower, and a separate toilet. For extra comfort, the house is equipped with air conditioning or floor cooling. There is also a reliable internet connection (fibre optic).

Een groot huis voor 2 personen. Wat echter tegenviel is de schoonmaak toen wij in het huis kwamen. Overal stof en spinnenwebben. Direct hier melding van gemaakt en er kwamen twee schoonmakers die met stofzuiger en doek aan de slag gingen. Je betaalt 69 euro voor schoonmaak maar wij vragen ons af waar men dat op baseert. Wij denken dat er alleen even snel de stofzuiger door de woning gaat en dat is het dan ook wel. De dag voor onze aankomst waren de vorige gasten vertrokken dus dat zegt genoeg. Er was geen tv en radio, afgesloten door de vorige parkeigenaar.
