Wat niet vermeld wordt in de Belvilla-beschrijving is:<br/><br/>1) dat de eigenaar in het zelfde gebouw woont. Het verhuurde gedeelte is zijn eigen privéwoonst. Bij verhuur trekt hij zich terug op een 'benedenverdieping'. Hij respecteert wel uw privacy. Niet aangenaam is dat alle kasten volledig bezet zijn door spullen van de eigenaar en zijn kinderen. Eigen stockeerruimte is er niet of nauwelijks.<br/><br/>2) dat.....
