It is very suitable for a family with 3 children or 2 couples.
The house is situated in a quiet private area and only 2.5 km from the beaches, the harbour of Les Issambres in the bay of Saint Tropez (boat transfer to Saint Tropez from Les Issambres in 15min), and the Esterel at Roquebrune-Sur-Argenes. You can enjoy water sports in the area (sailing, jet skiing, and snorkeling) and there are beautiful beaches to relax on in the sun. The apartment is part of a beautiful complex, and it is about 3 minutes walking distance from the 3 big pool facilities each with a fantastic sea view, tennis courts, table tennis, beach volley, and basketball courts as well as a children’s playground.
This beautiful flat is air-conditioned and located on the ground floor. It has been completely renovated in the last 10 years and offers the perfect primal oasis for a good rest. The bedroom comes with a double bed and built-in wardrobe and sea and garden view as well as direct access to the south-facing outside terrace. The children’s bedroom features a double bed and single bed as well as a built-in wardrobe and direct access to a private bathroom and toilet. There is a large living room with a sofa and a dining room with an open modern kitchen including a breakfast bar. The WiFi and separate washing machine is also available. There is a possibility of parking in front and behind the house.

With its many activities nearby (sailing, snorkeling and much more), this apartment is the ideal solution to explore the surroundings with ease. Jump in your car and take the 6-minute trip to Plage San Peire or 4 minutes to Plage de la Garonnette Beach (and when you're not on the roads, take advantage of the parking provided by the accommodation). Date of stay: June 2024We got what we booked, a very clean house located on a beautifully manicured estate. According to us, the bathroom and toilet were recently renovated. Everything in the house functions. The view is beautiful. Swimming pool is a few minutes away. The house is about a 5-minute drive from the coastal road, and about a 20-minute drive from the main road (A1)

Date of stay: May 2024A truly lovely place to stay - the villa is immaculately clean and equipped with everything you could need. The views from the living room and patio are just stunning and the whole location is very peaceful. It's also great having access to the swimming pools and tennis courts on site, all of which are very well maintained.
