"This original holiday home, renovated with energy-saving materials, is located on a spacious natural plot (3000 sqm) near the beautiful Goëlo coast. Directly from the entrance you have access to a conservatory that allows you to sit outside regardless of the weather. A pleasant outdoor terrace is accessible from the kitchen. Thanks to two large window fronts, the living area is particularly bright and flooded with light. From the comfortable couch you have a beautiful view of the south-facing garden. From the bedroom, which is located on the garden side, you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the sea as soon as you wake up. 2 parking spaces are available on the private property. The two beautiful beaches of the seaside resort can be reached in a few minutes. The Godelins beach is sheltered and surrounded by high cliffs, the sunny Le Moulin beach is ideal for swimming and all kinds of water sports. The popular coastal hiking trail GR 34 leads along the harbor and the beaches for many kilometers and always offers breathtaking viewpoints. The coast of the Goëlo is a very scenic stretch of coast. Steep coasts alternate with small bays, fishing ports and sandy beaches. The highest cliffs in France are very close by, at the ""Pointe de Plouha"". A day trip to the flower island of Bréhat (departure point north of Paimpol) is particularly recommended on board a fishing trawler with a fresh breeze of sea air.

Date of stay: September 2024Het eco-huis was geweldig. Heerlijke plek, prachtige tuin, fijne atmosfeer en geweldig uitzicht (op zee). De huiseigenaar heette heel vriendelijk welkom en had zelfs een fles cider en bretonse koekjes neergezet. Nelson, de huiskat kwam regelmatig gezellig buurten in de tuin. Voor herhaling vatbaar!

Date of stay: August 2024Sehr schönes, nachhaltiges und blitzsauberes Ferienhaus in einer tollen Gegend. Sehr empfehlenswert! Wir (2 Erwachsene, 1 Teenager) haben zwei schöne Wochen in diesem tollen Ferienhaus in einem Ortsteil von Binic/ Etables-Sur-Mer verbracht. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll und bequem eingerichtet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Vermieter wohnen nebenan und sind außerordentlich nett (danke für Cidre und Kekse :-)), lassen einem aber volle Privatsphäre. Ein riesiges Grundstück vor dem Haus und eine hübsche Terasse dahinter gehören dazu. Gefallen hat uns auch, dass viel Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit gelegt wurde: Das Haus ist super gedämmt mit einer guten Lüftungsanlage, es besitzt eine Solaranlage für heißes Wasser und würde aus ökologischen Materialen errichtet. Die Gegend ist toll: Faulenzen an den wunderschönen Stränden der Umgebung, Wassersport, Wanderungen, Fahrradtoren, Ausflüge, Besichtigungen- alles ist gut möglich. Zur nächsten Bäckerei dauert es mit dem Fahrrad ca. 5-10 Minuten. Daneben gibt es auch einen kleinen Supermarkt. Wir haben und sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Ein verschmuster, netter Kater gehört quasi mit zum Inventar.

Date of stay: July 2023 - August 2023Sehr schönes Haus mit einem wunderbaren Ausblick vom Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer auf den Garten/Park. Lädt zum entspannen ein. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, Lage sehr ländlich und ruhig. Man kann in jedem Fall abschalten. Eigentümer unglaublich freundlich. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Achtung: Verschmuster, unglaublich süßer Kater. (gehört zur Einrichtung :-) Kommen gerne wieder.
