The well-kept property is located in a quiet residential area of Penmarch, approximately equidistant between Le Ster beach (2.2 km) and Pors Carn beach (2.5 km). The elongated municipality of Penmarc'h is an ideal starting point for exploring the Bigoudenland. If you follow the coast on bikes or on a hike, you will come to Brittany's largest natural beach, La Torche, which is a popular surfing spot throughout France. The area around Penmarch is known for its floriculture, among other things; in the spring the surrounding fields shine in all colours. The capital of the Bigoudenland, Pont L'Abbé, attracts with its lively weekly market, the small castle, nice boutiques and good restaurants.
