The apartment - really exceeded our expectations, Newly renovated and impeccably clean, it was very well equipped with everything we needed, The small kitchen area was especially useful and enhanced our experience, The style of the room was very modern&#47,contemporary and one could see the attention to details and quality of furnishing and materials used, The bed - was exceptionally cozy, and the mattress was comfortable, ensuring a restful night&#39,s sleep, The smart flat-screen TV, mounted on the wall in front of the bed, provided an excellent viewing experience, Additionally, the LED ambient lighting system installed on the room&#39,s ceiling and in the bathroom shower, complete with a remote to adjust colors and intensities, added a stylish touch at night, Location - The apartment is brilliantly situated very close to Place de la République and metro station (just a 2-minute walk), The area is full of artisan boulangeries, cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets, some of which are open late into the night, Its proximity to central Paris landmarks and its position on the border of the 3rd Arrondissement made it convenient for us to walk to major attractions, saving us considerable time, Customer Care - The team from Checkmyguest was highly responsive and professional, providing valuable support in real time, Chapeau! to them for delivering a truly client-oriented service, There are no major issues to report, but for transparency and honesty, a few points should be mentioned as some of them could be adjusted for the future clients’ experience: - The building was still undergoing refurbishment, resulting in occasional construction noise during certain parts of the day, Additionally, the common hallway on the ground floor was dusty and cluttered with construction materials and plastic sheets, - The bathroom sink had a poor drainage system, causing water to fill up quickly, It took about 30 seconds for the sink to fill, and you had to stop the faucet and wait for the water to drain before using it again, - A small window on the front-left side of the bed lacked a roller blind, allowing significant light into the room, particularly in the early morning hours, We had to place a towel over the window to block the light, which was somewhat frustrating and not entirely effective, We prefer a dark room for sleeping,
