Date of stay: August 2024Top Zimmer, Sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet (Föhn, Handtücher, Bügeleisen, Küchenutensilien), modern eingerichtet und preislich mehr als fair, Der kontaktlose Zugang zur Wohnung hat einwandfrei und unkompliziert funktioniert, Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden diese Unterkunft bei einer nächsten Reise nach Paris jederzeit wieder buchen, Auch für Alleinreisende sehr zu empfehlen Das Wlan war nicht sehr gut und ich hätte mir (für 6 Tage und 2 Personen) mindestens eine weitere kleine Shampoo-Flasche gewünscht

There are several metro stations with different lines just a few minutes away, If you want to walk around the city, it is also very easy to do from this location, The area is full of cafes and restaurants and seems like a safe area at any time of the day or night, The studio is of a decent size, we spent 6 nights in it and it was enough for us for that period (although we spent most of the time outside and only slept in the accommodation), The bed is a good size, very comfortable and the bed linen and towels are new, clean and soft, The entrance to the building was problematic, it is very long and narrow and covered from floor to ceiling with black tiles with very low light, so it can be intimidating at times, In the bathroom, the unbearable stench of sewage came out through the openings, Other than that, everything else was fine, Also, I',m not sure if this is a practiced only by accommodations in Paris, but we had to give a deposit of 500 euros before arrival, and this information is indicated only if you scroll 10x under Booking',s description of the accommodation and the booking button, which few people look at , so it was an unforeseen expense that was not clearly indicated by Booking,
