The location is perfect, The facilities are super good, The hot water lasts only a few minutes when taking shower,

Great location for central Paris, Apartment layout great - maximized the space, Bakeries, green grocers, pharmacies, and grocery store all steps away, Small washer dryer combo was a great convenience, The apartment needs some maintenance, Broken door handle, Difficult lock, Cold water lever not functioning in one shower, The entry door should also have a dead bolt or some additional security on the inside, As it was, if one person went out the person remaining either had to be locked in or left with an open door, Neither seemed safe,

So close to métro, super market on both sides, brasserie, bakery, butcher and cheese shops all a stone throw away, We walked to the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame and more, Very easy to jump on metro if needed, The apartment was excellent, Comfortable and spacious, Only thing is if it was smoking hot AC would be essential however Paris is typically never smoking hot so fans worked great, We loved our stay! We loved it all,

Location was good… Ambiance …,, Door handles were in a very bad condition,

The apartment was smartly appointed, clean and comfortable, We enjoyed shopping in the lively neighborhood of Rue Sevres with its delightful bakeries, cheese shops and the fabulous Bon Marche and La Epecerie, We liked everything about the property, save for an adjustment needed to control the water temperature in the en suite bathroom,

Sehr große Wohnung und sehr schöne Küche, Küchenutensilien veraltet,

Proximity to the metro in safe, secure surroundings that were impeccably furnished, Would absolutely stay here again,

Hello, 2 points to address urgently please : 1,Our bank account is still showing the negative - 1000 euros of the deposit, Please share any swift or proof that it has indeed been released so that we can share with our bank and get it credited back as it should… (link removed)per my previous message, we had a bad experience with this appartement as the main apartment door was broken and was only fixed after 2 days after we had to insist a lot …1st night and full 2nd day we could not sleep nor all the leave the apartment as we could not leave our belonging unattended with as the door was open (could not closed)…very unsafe and unpleasant situation …this is the very least we can say…the owner took all his time to answer and even asked me not to write a bad comment on the feedbacks&#47,social medias and proposed proactively to refund half of the 1st night, Till now nothing has been received from us on this one either …,sent couple of messages, he replied to one saying he is extremely sorry and he will do the needful asap…,but again no answer for days and days and no refund receive on this This is not professional not acceptable by any means, If no positive and concrete feedback at the earliest, I will be left with no other option but to write these bad comments so that ALL make sure to never ever rent this apartment with this unprofessional owner and I may also decide to take any stronger action as I would find it useful, I am sure you understand that no one likes to be ignored nor fooled like this and I am counting on your kind CONCRETE action to rectify the above, Thank you,
