Excellent location, pubs, shops, bakeries, metro stops nearby, walk 10 minutes from Gare d Est, walk conveniently to Notre Dame, walk conveniently the other way up to Sacre Coeur and Monmartre, This is a converted apartment in a classic Parisian street with an inner courtyard, no modernity, hence the narrow stairs and mini elevator, showers and sinks are in the rooms, but iwith modern fashion, don´t.....
