Date of stay: July 2024I liked the location of appartment, accessibility by metro as well as cleaningness of accomodation, I liked they provided also coffee pods, water as well as toletteries, There were few glasses in the kitchen,enough plates but not enough glasses for our group of 7, There were no tablets for dishwasher, it would help to have at least couple till you get to shop and buy, Wifi network could not be found and also impossible to find trash bins by instructions untill someone from the house showed us and the key to get to the trash bin did not work out we had to wait till someone came and opened-

Date of stay: March 2024Customer service was good only with Othman, - size too small - too much restriction (can',t even play music with the family on the night of our anniversary, birthdays) - poor communication between the platform and service desk - inconvenience of having to pick and return keys at different location from the apartment
