Apartment ES-131-GUESDE-401Levallois-Perret - France (FR-52374)

Simply Amazing! The apartment is almost brand new with all amenities, 2 double beds and i Sofa bed were comfortable, Very good location with supermarket right across the street, Building has a lift to access upper floor, overall property is recommended if you can affoard to pay hefty deosit, 1) Had to pay 800 Euro as deposit for 1 night stay, I vaguely that property may ask 300 Euro as deposit at the time of booking but certainly it was not 800, 2) Bureaucratic procedure involved after booking, I was sent a link to fill questionnaire to get access information, Initially I received messages in Arabic language, I requested English and they confirmed communication will be english, I was given details of apartment 401 but some time during the day the sent message&#47,email again changing the apartment from 401 to 201, I missed that message due to (1) message was send in Arabic again which i did not understand, (2) I was travelling from Chamonix to Paris, Upon arrival (after 8 hours travel with 3 kids), I opened the mailbox of 401 to get the key and there was nothing, Called their helpline (international roaming call for several mins) I was informed that apartment was changed and new instructions were sent by message,

Everything was ok, place was excellent, apartment was clean, Thank you, will recommend for friends,
