Located just 500 meters from the snow front, this residence offers two 36 m² apartments for up to 4 people, situated on the 5th floor with a southwest-facing balcony providing views of the slopes. Each apartment includes a living room with two sofa beds and a mezzanine bedroom with a double bed and trundle sofa. The bathroom features a shower and separate toilet, with the added convenience of a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with plates, a combi-oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Free Wi-Fi is available in all apartments, and bed linens and towels are provided for stays of 4 nights or more.

The residence is ideally located in a quiet area at the entrance of Val-Claret, just 50 meters from the communal car park, with the added benefit of ski lockers, shoe lockers, and a waxing room for your convenience. There is also a bike room, reception desk, and access to a convenient unloading area in front of the building. Guests can easily access shops, and the ski slopes are only a short distance away.

The apartment is not accessible to people with reduced mobility, and tourists will be required to pay a small nightly tax. During the summer period (July-August), bed linens and towels are not included but can be rented as a complete kit for €22 per person. Cleaning services are available for an additional charge and must be booked in advance.
