Right in the geographical centre of the Orres 1800 resort, it is ideally located opposite the tourist office, and the ESF and ESI offices and just a few steps from the start of the slopes and hiking trails. The daycare centre will also be just a few hundred metres away to drop off your little ones. You will find modern and pleasant accommodations there, sleeping 4 to 10 people, all with a balcony overlooking the valley or the slopes and peaks. Le Balcon des Airelles has a beautiful heated indoor swimming pool that will welcome young and old non-skiers. The swimming pool is only open in season, this summer from 06/29/2024 to 08/31/2024 and this winter from 12/07/2024 to 04/12/2025. The residence also has several underground parking spaces available for rental if required. This warm 2-room apartment of 33m² and tastefully renovated is located a few steps from the main square of Les Orres 1800 and will allow you to enjoy your stay in complete tranquility. Facing east, it offers an overall view of the resort, its peaks and the slopes. It is accessible from the main entrance of its building by taking elevator 1. It has an entrance with storage, a living room with sofa bed and television, a dining room - fully equipped kitchen, a separate bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub, as well as a large balcony with garden furniture to enjoy the mountain air during your meals. Lighten your suitcases when you come thanks to all the equipment present in the apartment: all the kitchen utensils necessary for preparing your meals, kettle, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, raclette machine, fondue machine, vacuum cleaner and of course television. When night falls, you will have at your disposal a 140x190cm convertible sofa in the living room as well as a 140x190cm double bed and a 90x190cm bunk bed in the bedroom which also has an additional television so that everyone can enjoy their favorite programs, allowing up to 5 people to be accommodated. You will be located less than 200 meters from shops, snack bars and restaurants, but also from the departures of the ski slopes, and in summer only a few hundred meters from the mountain bike trails and the first hiking trails.
