Opposite the daycare center and the snow garden, you can drop off your little ones on the path to the slopes before reaching the Préclaux carpet or the Prébois chairlift below, making it the perfect ally for families.
Shops and restaurants, equipment rentals and regional products will be just a few steps away, or even on site for some!
You will also be just above the tourist office, the ski lift ticket offices and the ESF des Orres 1800.
The residence has a magnificent heated indoor swimming pool with whirlpool and outdoor terrace to enjoy the sun, in all seasons!
The swimming pool is open only in season, this summer from 06/29/2024 to 08/31/2024 and this winter from 12/07/2024 to 04/12/2025.
You can also order bread and pastries every morning in the communal lounge.
This pretty 24 m² studio, ideally located, offers you comfort and peace for your stay in the mountains. It can accommodate 4 people.
The studio consists of an entrance with two single bunk beds (90 x 190 cm), a bathroom with bathtub and toilet, and a living room with a sofa bed convertible into 140 x 190 cm, a television and a fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave grill, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster, kettle...
Ideally located for a family, a stone's throw from the daycare and kindergarten, you can also easily access the snow front and the slopes for a "ski-in/ski-out" stay. All amenities (restaurant, supermarket, bakery, rental shops) are less than 100 meters away.
