Situated on the 4th floor (accessible by stairs), it features an east-facing balcony with beautiful morning sunlight. The studio includes an equipped kitchen with electric hob, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, as well as a living room with a trundle bed (two single beds) and a television. A mezzanine with two single mattresses is ideal for children but has limited height (1 meter).
