This apartment is located in the heart of Val Claret, just 100 meters from the slopes, offering easy access to skiing and the resort's amenities. The apartment is located on the second floor of the residence, which is equipped with an elevator and features a south/west-facing balcony with views of the mountains and slopes. It comfortably accommodates up to 5 people with a living room containing a pull-out sofa bed for two, a bedroom with a double bed, and an additional single bed in the hallway. The apartment includes a bathroom, separate WC, and a kitchen with an oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Additional amenities include free Wi-Fi and a television for entertainment, as well as ski lockers for storing equipment. Bed linen and towels are provided for stays of 4 nights or more. However, during the summer months (July-August), linen is not included, and can be rented for €22 per person. The residence also has a reception office at the nearby Le Curling A residence. Optional services such as cleaning and pet accommodation are available at an extra cost, and tourist taxes apply. The residence is not accessible to people with reduced mobility, and pets are allowed for a supplementary fee. Note that electric vehicle charging is not permitted unless otherwise specified.
