With a 24m² layout, it can accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette, dining area, and a living room with access to a south-west-facing balcony/terrace. The sleeping arrangements include a mountain corner with a bunk bed and a separate bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom and a separate toilet complete the space.

Guests benefit from convenient amenities, including a garage (No. 7) and a ski locker (No. 6). The residence is non-smoking and does not allow pets. A €500 deposit (by credit card, not cashed) is required before arrival.
