The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people and includes a mountain corner with bunk beds, a living area with a sofa bed, a balcony with garden furniture, and a mezzanine with a double bed. Pets are not allowed.

The studio is well-equipped for a comfortable stay with a kitchen corner that includes a cooker, 4 electric hotplates, a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and various small appliances such as a coffee maker and toaster. The bathroom has a bathtub, and the apartment also features an independent WC. The living area offers a flat-screen TV and a DVD player for entertainment.
