The residence offers electric heating, a ski locker, and non-nominative outdoor parking (subject to availability during peak season). Pets are not allowed, and the accommodation is non-smoking. Located just 400 meters from the center of Morzine and the ski lifts, this residence provides convenient access to local amenities and activities. Free shuttles are available nearby, enhancing the ease of access to the ski slopes and village. The proximity to the ESF (Ecole du Ski Français) also makes this an excellent choice for families and beginner skiers.
