The apartment is ideally located 250 meters from the village center, where you'll find essential services such as the ESF office, tourist office, ski rental, grocery store, and restaurants/bars. It's also just 200 meters from the shuttle stop, which takes you to the Ardent cable car or to Morzine. Situated on the edge of the forest, the chalet offers easy access to paths leading to Lake Montriond, making it an excellent spot for outdoor activities year-round. The peaceful setting and proximity to the village center provide the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. Although the apartment comes fully furnished, sheets, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the price. However, you can opt for the Comfort pack, which includes these services for €230 for 7 days. Other optional services include baby bed and high chair rentals, linen kits, and additional cleaning services, all of which must be reserved in advance.
