The ** rated studio under the roof is located on the top and 4th floor (elevator to the 3rd floor) in a building in the heart of the village. It is 23m² and includes:
- A living room with 2 single beds (90cm) and a convertible sofa (140 cm);
- A kitchen area;
- A shower room with toilet and hair dryer;
It enjoys a view of the slopes.
We recommend accommodation for 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults.
A ski locker is available in the basement of the building.
Facilities: Television, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster; microwave, oven/grill, raclette machine, fondue machine, hair dryer.
Parking: Public paid parking at the foot of the building (blue disk). We advise you to park in the "Salon des Dames" car park a few minutes from the apartment. Paid in winter and free in summer/off-season.
Childcare: Baby equipment available, contact us;
You will stay:
- In the center of the village, church square;
- 300 meters from the ski lift departures (Giguet and Cret de Merle fields);
- 300 meters from the ice rink;
- At the foot of a supermarket (Carrefour Montage) for your daily shopping;
You can also go on an adventure and discover Annecy, a 40-minute drive away.

The town offers breathtaking views of the mountains, including Mont Blanc. Winter and summer, you can recharge your batteries thanks to its nature and its heritage, rich in history. Its ski area spreads over 4 massifs (Balme, Aiguille, Etale and Beauregard), you can wander around as you wish, on skis or snowboard in winter, but also on foot or by bike in summer.
