It includes: - A living room with a sofa bed and a television; - A bright bedroom with 1 double bed and a closet; - A fully equipped kitchen; - A bathroom; - A separate toilet; For your aperitifs, you have at your disposal a furnished terrace as well as a garden (not enclosed) to admire the breathtaking view of the Balme massif. A ski locker is located in the garage in the basement. Facilities: Television, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster; microwave, oven, raclette machine, fondue machine, blender, board games, hair dryer, washing machine. 1 private parking space in front of the building. Childcare: baby bed and booster seat available. You will stay: - At the foot of the green slope, - 15 minutes walk from the Bossonnet ski lifts; - 5 minutes by car from the center of La Clusaz; - U Express 5 min by car, and a Carrefour Montagne 4 min by car. - A cinema is 3 minutes away by car. You also have the possibility to go on an adventure and discover Annecy, 50 minutes away by car.
