It is composed of: - a small bedroom with a bunk bed; - a fully equipped and functional kitchen; - a bathroom; - a living room with a sofa bed, a television and a pleasant dining area. You will have at your disposal to have an excellent stay: Parking, Hair dryer, Television, Coffee machine (filter or Nespresso), Microwave, Oven, Raclette machine. Collective heating from November to April. We provide an electric radiator in the off-season. Sheets and towels are provided at an additional cost. You will also have a furnished balcony which will be very much appreciated on beautiful sunny days to enjoy the view of Etale and Beauregard! Vast ski area in area, you can enjoy its 85 slopes, representing a total of 125km! Several ski lifts are located near the accommodation. They will allow you to access the Massif de Beauregard, the Massif de l'Etale, the Beauregard cross-country ski area, and many more ... In summer, enjoy the 9 downhill mountain bike trails, 20 cross country trails and 1 enduro trail, 13 of which are suitable for families. Trails suitable for all levels and marked in: Saint Jean de Sixt, La Clusaz, Le Grand-Bornand and Manigod.
