On the green slope accessing the Bossonnet ski lifts (400 m) and connecting the entire ski area. Toboggan run near the chalet. Shuttles 50 m away.
LIVING ROOM: 16.66 m2 (tiled) 1 double bed (140), television, wardrobe, table, west window, north French window opening onto a courtyard,
BATHROOM: 3.41 m2, sink, shower, window, WC,
KITCHEN CORNER: 2.80 m2, sink, 2-burner ceramic hob, microwave, fridge (120 L), extractor hood, washing machine, filter coffee maker, fondue set, units with all the kitchen essentials.
Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Possibility to rent the upstairs apartment for 6 people, "Petit Lutin".

To order 10 days before your arrival:
- Linen rental: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, tea towels?to be collected from the agency or dry cleaners. Order form attached to the contract, to be returned completed 10 days before arrival.
- Mini wifi box, for non-equipped apartments, 7?/day and 39?/week (limited stock)
- Baby equipment: to order and collect from Pressing des Aravis
- End of stay cleaning, fixed price depending on the size of the accommodation (50? to 250?), to be ordered 3 days before departure,
- Pass eXpérience La Clusaz: Alpes immobilier, gives you a discount on summer activities at the resort.
