Apartment C8 (38m²) is superbly located in the heart of the village of Chinaillon between the ski slopes and the main street of the village, in the Pistes du Soleil C building, built in 2002. This apartment can sleep a maximum of 4 people; ideal for a couple with two children. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, and a mountain corner with a bunk bed. The main room has a kitchen area, a dining area and a lounge area. The bathroom has a washing machine. The toilet is separate. The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, extractor hood, oven, fridge and dishwasher. In addition to a full selection of crockery and kitchen utensils, there is also a toaster, coffee maker and raclette machine. The dining room and living room are equipped for 4 people. You have access to a large balcony which is south facing and faces the ski slopes, which is equipped with garden table and chairs. It benefits from underfloor heating and convectors in each room. You have at your disposal a ski room accessible from inside the building and a garage (closed box). The price includes linen (sheets, towels, tea towels, bath mats - beds made on arrival!). A baby bed and a high chair are available. End of stay cleaning is included, however the premises must be left in a correct condition (beds unmade, trash taken out, dishwasher emptied, etc.) Wifi is available as an additional charge on request at a rate of €50 per week.
