The residence also features an 800-meter walk to the beach, ensuring easy access to the Mediterranean. Additional leisure facilities include free ping pong, a children's play area, and a tennis court next to the Picasso building. For those seeking more adventure, an 18-hole golf course is 20 minutes away, and water skiing is available for an additional charge.

The apartment, situated on the ground floor of the Matisse building, offers a 28 m² living space with a furnished terrace overlooking the park.
