This 27m² studio, located in the heart of Arcachon, offers the perfect base for a magical holiday. Close to Thiers pier, you can easily go for a bike ride or swim on beautiful days. While there is no parking, everything can be done on foot, making it ideal for train travelers. The entrance features numerous cupboards leading to the living room with a 140 cm convertible sofa bed, TV, and WiFi. All shops and restaurants are nearby, placing you in the heart of the city, just steps from the main beach for picnics or afternoon swims.

Just a stone's throw from the Dune du Pyla and the wide Landes Ocean beaches, you can enjoy 220 km of cycle paths, discover the Bay by boat, surf, paraglide over the Dune, and play golf while tasting the region's wines and oysters. The studio is on the second floor of a residence with an elevator, offering direct access to all amenities.
