This apartment has just been completely renovated and is located in the Montorgueil district, renowned for its shopping streets and bars. Each of our three fully air-conditioned apartments, measuring 44 m², combines Parisian style and modern comfort. You can book all three to accommodate up to 12 people. The apartments feature a bedroom with a 4K HDR TV, a modern bathroom with WC, and a fully equipped kitchen with quality appliances. The living room includes a sofa bed that can accommodate two additional people and a 4K HDR connected TV offering unlimited access to Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, Canal+, and 280 channels. The natural light and careful design create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Amenities include a washing machine, dryer, iron, hairdryer, and more. The apartment is located on the 1st floor without an elevator. Upon receiving the keys, travelers have full access to the apartment, equipped with all necessary appliances and household items. A baby cot and high chair can be provided on request for an additional charge of €40 each for the entire stay. The district is also close to many places of interest such as the Centre Pompidou, the Grands Boulevards, and the Marais district, famous for its museums and historical heritage. Buses, bicycles, and electric scooters are also available for your travels. Check-in is after 3:00 p.m., and identification will be requested upon arrival. A deposit of €800 is required.
