Our accommodation is not a hotel but an apartment with character designed to offer you a great experience: - Beautiful bright apartment of 80 m2, overlooking a courtyard (so quiet) and with a view of the roofs of Toulouse. - Located on the 3rd and last floor (no elevator) of an old building in the heart of the Carmes district. - Fully equipped, sheets and towels will be provided. - At the foot of the building, all amenities are easily accessible. Housing, in more detail: You will appreciate my accommodation for its location, its decoration and its character, it can accommodate up to 4 people who know each other well :) To make the most of your stay, you will have at your disposal: - A friendly living-dining room with table and chairs, sofa, armchairs, coffee table, 55'' 4k connected television with Netflix access included in the Living Room and 8K Netflix TV included in the bedroom... like in the cinema, Freebox TV, high-speed wifi (400 Mb/s fiber), triple air conditioning and Velux window for beautiful light. - A fully equipped kitchen with an American fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, electric kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils, set of pots and pans and a real bar à Café to taste different flavors of caffeine: Expresso Barista Max by Breville for your espresso or Americano, Dripper V60, for a mild and aromatic coffee, Grinder TimeMore, brewista kettle for induction, balance, filters. Coffee maker with integrated grinder, and of course a Nespresso capsule machine. And coffee! - A large bedroom with Queen Size bed, large closets, a connected Qlek 65" 8k TV (Netflix included), a small desk and air conditioning. - A neat bathroom with a large walk-in shower, a large double sink and storage space. Enjoy the charm of the old combined with tasteful renovation and decoration! Traveler access You will be able to enjoy the entire accommodation for the duration of your stay. To help you get your stay off to a good start, we will provide you with the essentials for your first night (soap, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, etc.). The apartment is located on the 3rd floor without elevator. Other remarks OUR RENTAL CONDITIONS The accommodation is managed by the Keytoko agency, Toulouse partner of Airbnb and Luckey. By completing your reservation, you agree to these conditions: - The apartment is secured by a device (MINUT) which constantly monitors the sound level, temperature, number of occupants, hygrometry, number of internet connections, etc. In order to ensure compliance with the regulations and the safety of all. - The person who made the reservation must be present, otherwise the reservation will be canceled. - The accommodation is strictly non-smoking, parties/events are prohibited and there cannot be more people in the accommodation than the occupants indicated in the reservation. - Arrivals are from 5 p.m. and departures at 11 a.m., unless authorized, no luggage storage/depositing is possible in the accommodation. - An external deposit (of €2,500 via Stripe or Swikly) may sometimes be required (in accordance with Airbnb's conditions), as well as the completion of an "Online Check-in" serving as a police form. Completing these formalities is mandatory if they are requested from you, even if the message is external to the platform. - The accommodation (and what is inside) must be returned in the condition in which it was found on arrival (art 11.1 of the Rental Conditions), that is to say: clean (as if it were at home), without waste, without dirty dishes and the furniture in its original place. The cleaning package covers the costs of cleaning which is carried out before your arrival, on the basis of accommodation normally left clean, as well as clean linen and consumables made available to you. If the accommodation is left dirty, with unwashed dishes, and/or with waste, if equipment is damaged, if there is a smell of cigarettes... our teams will be able to report it immediately and we will may request financial compensation from you for damage and/or additional cleaning time; this compensation may, depending on the case, amount to several times the value of the cleaning package. - For any reservation longer than 30 days, one cleaning per month (minimum) will be carried out at your expense.
