On the 2nd floor, without elevator, very beautiful bright 35m² P2 with magnificent views of the channel consisting of a living room with a 160 cm sofa bed, a television and wifi.
An equipped kitchen (Microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, hob, oven). A bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, all opening onto an 8m² terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. A bathroom with washing machine and a separate toilet. Pets not allowed. Furnished and equipped for 4 people.
You can fully enjoy the walk along the beach going to the Thalassotherapy center via the Plage Sud shopping center.

Two separate deposit checks must be given to us on the day of your arrival (400€ deposit for the apartment and 100€ cleaning deposit), uncashed and destroyed after your stay.
