This little nest has everything from a large one, sunny in the morning, it consists of an entrance, an equipped kitchen area in a living room which opens onto a terrace with a view of the swimming pool and the lake, two convertible sofas with 80 and 160 bed, TV, an additional sleeping area like in a boat cabin with two comfortable bunk beds and a bathroom and WC.
You can park for free in the car park, the residence has a large outdoor swimming pool open from mid-May to mid-October (subject to the possibility of work in the fall) and is equipped with wifi.

From the beginning of January 2025 to the end of April 2025, roofing work will be carried out with scaffolding.
