Het huis is vrij klein en de douches zijn verouderd. Er is weinig meubilair in de leefruimte. De onderliggende studio heeft enkel een zetelbed met 2 matrassen op verschillende hoogte en een stapelbed. De ligging van de chalet is wel top.
