It consists of a living room with sofa bed and TV, a washing machine under the stairs, a bedroom with a bed for 2 people, bathroom, separate WC, spacious and well-equipped kitchen, micro -waves, gas stove. In the mezzanine 3 beds for 1 person. For children, easy access to the beach, since there are no roads to cross.
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it upon handing over the keys (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit toiletries: with a large and a small towel: €8.00).

- Wifi box rental: €39 per week
The rental must be left clean and in good condition. Exit cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant who may, if they wish, request a cleaning service 72 hours before departure (price communicated upon request)
