A stone's throw from the city center, close to the Porte Jeune shopping center, stayed in a magnificent 60m² duplex, completely renovated in spring 2023. It is located on the 3rd floor of a quiet building (no elevator).

This apartment has on the first level:
- a kitchen? bright, fully equipped (fridge/freezer, hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker) opening onto a dining area.
- a lounge area? equipped with a television?
Upstairs you will find:
- a first bedroom? with two single beds.
- a second bedroom? also with two single beds.
?Both bedrooms are equipped with quality French bedding.
- in the upstairs corridor, a single bed? completes the beds.
- a bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet.

?All the accommodation will be yours. Always in the spirit of satisfying you as best as possible during your stay:
? the cleaning will be done,
? the beds will be made with clean sheets,
? clean towels will be at your disposal as well as a bath mat and a tea towel per kitchen,
? free WIFI connection

? Parking in Rue du Chêne and neighboring streets is possible with payment by parking meter (1.8€/h).
?The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of a free on-street parking area.
? The Porte Jeune public car park is located 200m from the accommodation with a rate of €15 per 24 hours. This car park has a maximum height of 1m90, and you can find charging stations for electric cars there.

The town is also home to the Fabric Printing Museum, where you can learn more about the region's textile tradition.

? This house is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited.
?Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning costs.
?Tolerance is required on the balcony. You are asked not to throw cigarette butts on the ground or in the yard.

? Bed and bathroom linen as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes changing bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and bathrooms.

? However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called “full cleaning” of the apartment for 30 euros before your arrival. In the absence of prior reservation for this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, you will be charged penalties of €60 cleaning costs.

? You will be asked to sign a digital contract and your identity document via the Yaago platform after booking, as well as information for the police form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
