Each bedroom is equipped with comfortable beds and storage space for your personal belongings. Two bedrooms have a double bed and the third has two single beds. • A fully equipped kitchen with all the modern appliances you need to prepare delicious meals. Whether you want to prepare a gourmet meal or simply enjoy a morning coffee, you'll find everything you need. • A warm and friendly lounge where you can relax and spend time with family or friends. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited. ?Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning costs. Animals are prohibited ?Bed and bathroom linen as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes changing bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and bathrooms. ? However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called “complete cleaning” of the apartment before your arrival for €30. In the absence of prior reservation for this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, you will be charged a penalty of €60 cleaning costs. ? You will be asked to sign a digital contract and your identity document via the Yaago platform after booking, as well as information for the police form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation. ?
