The cottage is located on the second floor of a building without elevator and consists of:

? a living/dining room area with a sofa, additional seating, a television and a four-person dining table
? a kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, kettle, washing machine, crockery and kitchen equipment
? a bathroom with a shower and a toilet

The gîte will be entirely yours. In order to satisfy you as best as possible during your stay:

? This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited. Smoking or using a smoking device carries a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning costs.

? Animals are strictly prohibited.

?Linen as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes changing bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.

? However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a so-called “full cleaning” supplement for the apartment for €30. In the absence of prior reservation for this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, you will be charged a penalty of €60 cleaning costs.

? You will be asked to sign a digital contract and your identity document via the Yaago platform after booking, as well as information for the police form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.

? In the event of late arrival (after 8 p.m.), as well as during your stay, we thank you for respecting each of your neighbors. Some live permanently in the building, so you will be asked to be discreet when coming and going on the stairs, in the evening, at night and in the early morning. Not everyone has the same rhythm, you have to think about early sleepers but also late risers as well as those who have to go to work.
