?The accommodation is located on the 3rd floor of the building, accessible by elevator.

?The Saint-Josse cottage offers you:
? a first bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning,
? a second bedroom has a double bed,
? a third bedroom has a bunk bed and a child's bed (The high bed is not suitable for children under 6 years old.),
?a living room with a large sofa and television, a bright and air-conditioned room opening onto a balcony,
? The kitchen is equipped (fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, hood, dishwasher, Nespresso and Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster, frying pans, pots, dishes and kitchen utensils),
? a bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer,
? a separate toilet completes the accommodation.

For Georges Duhamel (who wrote it in 1931), Colmar was the “most beautiful city in the world”. It has also often been said that it was the most Alsatian of the cities of Alsace!
Without going into overkill with superlatives, Colmar undoubtedly remains a completely exceptional city due to the richness and variety of its historical and architectural heritage.
It is located near Germany and Switzerland, between the Vosges and the Rhine, Strasbourg and Mulhouse. The city offers visitors a striking overview of more than a thousand years of European history. Furthermore, Colmar retains, with its 67,000 inhabitants, an endearing side of a “country town” which gives it all its charm.
Despite the vagaries of a turbulent history, the city has managed to preserve an exceptional homogeneity of its historic center which, classified as a “protected area”, has benefited from restoration and permanent enhancement. The vast pedestrian zone of the old town allows visitors to admire the countless riches of a heritage as rich as it is varied, ranging from the Middle Ages to the 20th century.
Whether it is the Maison des Têtes (erected at the beginning of the 17th century) which owes its name to the 111 heads which adorn its facade, or the Maison Pfister, a beautiful bourgeois residence from the Renaissance period but of medieval design, each of its monuments is unique in his type.
The religious art of Colmar is also very rich: the Dominican Church which houses the famous “Virgin of the Rose Bush” by the Alsatian painter and engraver Martin Schongauer, as well as the Saint Martin Collegiate Church are wonderful examples of pure and sober Gothic art, very simple.
Strolling through the streets, the visitor, amazed, discovers the many beautiful signs, the shimmering colored roofs... ?Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning costs.

?Bed and bathroom linen as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes changing bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and bathrooms.

? However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called “full cleaning” of the apartment for 30 euros before your arrival. In the absence of prior reservation for this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, you will be charged penalties of €60 cleaning costs.

? You will be asked to sign a digital contract and your identity document via the Yaago platform after booking, as well as information for the police form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
