A true haven of sweetness in the city center! The apartment which is located on the third floor, without elevator, has an internet connection. A baby cot and a high chair are offered free of charge. This apartment offers all the comfort necessary for a pleasant stay. It is warm, bright and carefully decorated. In addition, it offers its 6 occupants the luxury of being in the heart of the city while being protected from urban noise pollution. A stone's throw from the Christmas markets, the Unterlinden museum, Little Venice, the Koïfhus, the toy museum, the Bartholdi museum, the covered market with its procession of local products (jams, Vosges sweets, farm cheeses, fruits and fresh vegetables...). It will also be the starting point for your trips to the ski slopes of neighboring resorts, as well as cultural discoveries throughout Alsace such as the Haut-Koenigsbourg castle, the Alsace ecomuseum, etc... Parties not allowed. Pets are allowed with a supplement of €10 per pet, per night. Paid street parking (with parking meter) This apartment is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited. Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning costs. Bed and bathroom linen as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes changing bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and bathrooms. However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called “full cleaning” of the apartment for 30 euros before your arrival. In the absence of prior reservation for this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, you will be charged a penalty of €60 cleaning costs.
