This independent chalet will charm you during your stay, spacious and modern, it has a garage outside that can accommodate one car, it is equipped with a shoe dryer and a reserve of wood. You can enjoy the terrace, well exposed to the sun and equipped with garden furniture, to eat or relax. The ground floor includes an entrance giving access to the kitchen open to the living space as well as a separate toilet and a pantry with a sink and a fridge continuing from the entrance corridor. The kitchen is modern, fully equipped (oven, fridge, etc.) and open to the dining and living area. The cozy and warm stay guarantees you beautiful evenings by the fire on winter evenings. The lower floor includes a double bedroom, shower room and adjoining WC. A bedroom with two single beds equipped with a TV and access to the balcony and a bedroom with a bunk bed. A laundry room is at your disposal equipped with a sink, a washing machine, a dryer and an ironing board. You also have a bathroom. The first floor includes a double bedroom with access to the balcony, mountain view, equipped with a TV, a spa bathroom, shower and private toilet, and a second double bedroom with shower room and private toilet. The chalet is rented with linen included and the beds will be made upon your arrival. The chalet is ideally placed to discover the region and its attractions. For your winter holidays it is located 2.4km from the Chinaillon ski lifts and 3.2km from the Rosay gondola in Grand Bornand and 200m from the bus stop. For your summer holidays it is at the foot of the hiking departures. The price includes linens (sheets, towels, tea towels, bath mats - beds made on arrival!). End of stay cleaning is included, however the premises must be left in good condition (beds unmade, trash taken out, dishwasher emptied, etc.) Parties are not allowed in the chalet, thank you for your understanding!
