Apartment C8 (38m²) is superbly located in the heart of the Chinaillon village between the ski slopes and the main street of the village, in the Pistes du Soleil C building, built in 2002. This apartment can sleep a maximum of 4 people; ideal for a couple with two children. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, and a sleeping area with a bunk bed. The main room has a kitchen area, a dining area and a living room area. The bathroom has a washing machine. The toilets are separate. The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, hood, oven, fridge and dishwasher. In addition to a full selection of crockery and kitchen utensils, there is also a toaster, coffee maker and raclette grill. The dining room and living room are equipped for 4 people. You have access to a large balcony which faces south and faces the ski slopes, which is equipped with garden table and chairs. It benefits from underfloor heating and convectors in each room. You have at your disposal a ski room accessible from inside the building and a garage (closed box). The price includes linen (sheets, towels, tea towels, bath mats - beds made on arrival!). A baby bed and a high chair are available.
