You will be welcomed directly to the villa by the villa caretaker couple. They live in a small, independent apartment out of sight on the ground floor of Villa Jade. The spaces described above and everything shown in the photos are for the private and exclusive use of the tenants. The guards do not have access to it. Options (order possible up to 7 days before arrival): - Pool heating: €200/week *** - Double bed linen rental: €25/bed/stay (beds not made) - Single bed sheet rental: €20/bed/stay (beds not made) - “Simple” towel rental (1 large + 1 small towel): €15/person/stay - “Complete” towel rental (single kit + 1 beach): €20/person/stay - Baby kit (limited quantities): €30 provision of the 1st element + €10/additional element, choice from: Bed + mattress/bath/cane stroller/dining chair/potty/changing mat *** Heating of the swimming pool possible only from June to September depending on weather conditions. We reserve the right to refuse pool heating at any time before arrival if we consider that the weather conditions do not permit it. Any cancellation must be requested at least 15 days before arrival, otherwise the service will be due in full.
