My studio is charming and will be perfect for a romantic vacation!
It is composed of a sleeping area with a 140 cm bed and a cupboard; a fully equipped and functional kitchen with a dining area; and a bathroom with shower, WC and cumulus.

You will also have a balcony of 6 m² which will be very appreciated. on beautiful sunny days!

During your stay, you will have to at your disposal: Television, Washing machine (on the balcony), Fridge, Fan, Microwave, Hob, Microwave, Filter coffee maker.
Sheets and towels are provided at an additional cost. A professional cleaning is carried out before and after each traveler.

You will ideally stay in the city center, close to everything you may need on a daily basis and several sites of interest!
You will find at proximity : various bars, restaurants and shops; and for your small daily errands, you will find the "Marche République" and an "Intermarché EXPRESS", respectively at 2 minutes and more 4 minutes walk.

The Plage du Veillat is located next to the beach. 13 minutes walk and that of Fréjus at 6 minutes by car!
