Very high speed WiFi is available throughout the apartment. You will be able to enjoy the entire accommodation for the duration of your stay. In this period of energy crisis, we must all be responsible in the use of energy and we remind our travelers that the temperature of heaters is limited in France, by law (art. R241-26 of the Energy Code) , at 19°. Consequently, it will not be possible to exceed this temperature in the accommodation. To help you get your stay off to a good start, we will provide you with the essentials for your first night (soap, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, etc.). We remind our kind guests that they are required to return the accommodation (and what is inside) in the condition in which it was found on arrival (art 11.1 of the Rental Conditions). We therefore ask you to leave the accommodation clean when you leave, as if it were your home: without any waste, without dirty dishes and the furniture in its original place. The cleaning package covers the costs of cleaning which is carried out before your arrival, on the basis of accommodation normally left clean, as well as clean linen and consumables made available to you. If the accommodation is left dirty, with unwashed dishes, and/or with waste, if equipment is damaged, if there is a smell of cigarettes... our teams will be able to report it immediately and we will may request financial compensation from you for damage and/or additional cleaning time; this compensation may, depending on the case, amount to several times the value of the cleaning package. We offer professional mid-stay cleaning for stays beyond 7 nights including replacement of linen, as well as cleaning (dusting, mopping, cleaning of bathrooms and kitchen). This service is billed at the same level as the cleaning fee in the listing. The accommodation is managed by the Keytoko agency, Toulouse partner of Airbnb and Luckey. The cleaning costs thus cover professional quality maintenance services, the supply of quality and clean household and bed linen for each reservation as well as consumables useful for the good start of your stay, these costs cover thus providing services for your comfort. We will ask you to participate with us in the good maintenance of the accommodation by taking out your trash and cleaning/putting away your dishes, thank you. All of our cleaning and laundry operations are carried out as part of an eco-responsible approach, for your good and that of nature.
