? ? On the 2nd floor accessible by elevator, with around ten steps before and after the elevator.

?All the accommodation will be yours. Always in the spirit of satisfying you as best as possible during your stay:
? the cleaning will be done,
? the beds will be made with clean sheets, and a necessary sofa bed will be at your disposal,
? clean towels will be at your disposal as well as a bath mat and a tea towel per kitchen,

? Handing over the keys:
A concierge will welcome you upon your arrival to give you the keys and facilitate your stay. Please note that if you arrive:
- from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. there is a supplement of 20 euros
- after 11 p.m., the supplement is 40 euros
A prior request will be necessary and payment will be made directly to the concierge upon arrival.

? If you wish to order a baby bed or high chair option, please contact the concierge directly who will receive you the day before your arrival at the latest (subject to availability):
- high chair supplement: €15
- baby cot supplement: €25
This supplement will be paid directly to the concierge who will receive you.

? The Great Island of Strasbourg, sometimes called the “Island Ellipse”, is the most central and characteristic island of the city of Strasbourg, of which it constitutes the historic center. It is surrounded by the Ill river to the south and one of its arms – the Faux-Rempart ditch – to the north, which separate downstream from the Vauban dam and come together at the Quai des Pêcheurs.
The Grande Île has been listed in its entirety as a world heritage site by UNESCO since 1988. The International Council of Monuments and Sites indicated that the Grande Île is “an old district which is an example of medieval cities”
House rules:
?This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited.
?Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning costs.

? Animals are strictly prohibited.

?Bed and bathroom linen as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes changing bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and bathrooms.

? However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called “full cleaning” of the apartment for 30 euros before your arrival. In the absence of prior reservation for this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, you will be charged penalties of €60 cleaning costs.

? However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, clean the barbecue, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called “complete cleaning” of the apartment before your arrival for €60. In the absence of prior reservation for this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, you will be charged penalties of €120 cleaning costs.


? You will be asked to sign a digital contract and your identity document via the Yaago platform after booking, as well as information for the police form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
