The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of: ? a living/dining room area with television and a double sofa bed, ? an open equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker and Nespresso, kettle, toaster), ? a bedroom with a double bed, ? a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, ? a separate toilet. ? a parking space is available in the basement of the building with your reservation (private box, maximum height 1.9m width 2m). ? The apartment is located on the 1st floor (with elevator). ?All the accommodation will be yours. Always in the spirit of satisfying you as best as possible during your stay: ? the cleaning will be done, ? the beds will be made with clean sheets, and a necessary sofa bed will be at your disposal, ? clean towels will be at your disposal as well as a bath mat and a tea towel per kitchen, ? free WIFI connection ? This quiet and residential area has many local shops and is close to the Place des Halles shopping center. ? The apartment has a baby bed (This equipment is designed for children weighing no more than 15kg and aged under 3 years). Remember to take bed linen for the baby bed, the mattress size is 60x120cm or to reserve the “baby bed linen” option at an additional cost. ? Your stay in a few figures: ? 15 minutes walk from the Cathedral, ? 10 minutes walk from Petite France, House rules: ?This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited. ?Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning costs. ? Animals are strictly prohibited. ? Parties are not allowed. During your stay, you are asked to respect the neighborhood. ?Bed and bathroom linen as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes changing bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and bathrooms. ? However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, clean the barbecue, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called “complete cleaning” of the apartment before your arrival for €30. In the absence of prior reservation for this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, you will be charged a penalty of €60 cleaning costs. ? You will be asked to sign a digital contract and your identity document via the Yaago platform after booking, as well as information for the police form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation. ?
