? The Le Nid Cozy apartment is a spacious 76m2 accommodation ideally located between the historic center of Colmar and the train station. Practical and cozy, this apartment is ideal for a good stay in Colmar alone, as a couple or with a baby, on a weekend, on vacation or for work.
The apartment consists of:
? a large bright living room with a first terrace with a clear view of Place Stanislas, a kitchen equipped with dishwasher, hob, hood, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine and kettle.,
? a bedroom with a double bed as well as plenty of storage space and a second terrace overlooking the back of the building, in a quiet area
? ? a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine.
? The accommodation has a private closed garage and underground 300m away.
? The apartment is on the 2nd floor with elevator.
?All the accommodation will be yours. Always in the spirit of satisfying you as best as possible during your stay:

? clean towels will be at your disposal as well as a bath mat and a tea towel per kitchen,

?Colmar, city of art, history and heritage: Despite the vagaries of a turbulent history, the city has managed to preserve an exceptional homogeneity of its historic center which, classified as a “protected sector”, has benefited from a restoration and permanent enhancement. The vast pedestrian zone of the old town allows visitors to admire the countless riches of a heritage as rich as it is varied, ranging from the Middle Ages to the 20th century.
Whether it is the Maison des Têtes (erected at the beginning of the 17th century) which owes its name to the 111 heads which adorn its facade, or the Maison Pfister, a beautiful bourgeois residence from the Renaissance period but of medieval design, each of its monuments is unique in his type.
The religious art of Colmar is also very rich: the Dominican Church which houses the famous “Virgin of the Rose Bush” by the Alsatian painter and engraver Martin Schongauer, as well as the Saint Martin Collegiate Church are wonderful examples of pure and sober Gothic art, very simple.

? This apartment as well as all the common areas are non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is strictly prohibited.
? Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning costs.
? Animals are allowed with a supplement of €30 per animal, per stay, with prior request.
? Bed and bathroom linen as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes changing bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and bathrooms.
? However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called “full cleaning” of the apartment for 30 euros before your arrival. In the absence of prior reservation for this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, you will be charged a penalty of €60 cleaning costs.
? You will be asked to sign a digital contract and your identity document via the Yaago platform after booking, as well as information for the police form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
