The house has a driveway where it is possible to park 2 to 3 vehicles in a row for free. ?The whole house will be yours. Always in the spirit of satisfying you as best as possible during your stay: ? the cleaning will be done, ? the beds will be made with clean sheets, ? clean towels will be at your disposal as well as a bath mat and a tea towel per kitchen, ? free WIFI connection ? This accommodation is compatible with Shabbat religious practices. ? You will find many shops nearby. ? The apartment has a baby bed and a high chair (This equipment is designed for children weighing no more than 15kg and aged under 3 years). Remember to take bed linen for the baby bed, the size of the mattress is 60x120cm or to reserve the “baby bed linen” option at an additional cost. House rules: ?This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited. ?Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning costs. ?Bed and bathroom linen as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes changing bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and bathrooms. ? However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called “complete cleaning” of the apartment before your arrival for €60. In the absence of prior reservation for this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, you will be charged penalties of €120 cleaning costs. ? You will be asked to sign a digital contract and your identity document via the Yaago platform after booking, as well as information for the police form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation. ?
