This beautiful holiday home is located at the edge of the town of Rotthalmunster in the midst of Rottal Spa triangle. These lovingly furnished holiday homes for 2 people offer a peaceful rural holiday experience.

This region offers a wide range of sports and leisure activities from cycling to hiking, pathways are available for kilometres around. Surrounded by churches, museums, and thermal baths, there is a large garden and a play area at your disposal. Be it sunbathing or a quiet barbecue, visiting farm animals or the fire brigade museum, this farm has a lot to offer. Passau is a 25-min drive away, and Munich is 1 hr 40 mins away, so it's easy explore these cities. The nearest grocery store is 3 km away, and restaurants are about 1.5 km away.

Mooi appartementencomplex met diverse grootte appartementen. Met mooi uitzicht en mooi ingericht. Waarschijnlijk recent verbouwd. Wij hadden een te kleine variant geboekt maar gelukkig was er een groter appartement beschikbaar waar we gelijk naar toe konden. Geweldige service. Vriendelijke eigenaren. Genoeg parkeerplaatsen en van alles te doen in de omgeving.

We werden erg gastvrij ontvangen ondanks dat we door file iets later waren aangekomen dan de aangegeven tijd. De mensen zijn zeer gastvrij en behulpzaam en staan altijd voor je klaar. We zijn 1 week bij de ferienhof verbleven. De ligging ten opzichte van passau(25min) en München(1 uur 40 min) is erg gunstig in een rustige omgeving. Bij P/R München-riem kan je voor 1 euro per dag parkeren. En dan met de metro naar munchen. Dan ben je in 2 uur in het centrum vanaf de ferienhof in rotthalmünster. Verder was het appartement erg ruim voor twee personen en erg netjes. We hebben de hele week lekker weer gehad(begin juli) ongeveer hele week 30 graden. Al met al een super rustige vakantie met mogelijkheden om toch drukke steden op te zoeken.
