Here you will find this beautiful holiday flat surrounded by green meadows and with a wonderful view. The family-friendly and large holiday flat with separate entrance is located on the ground floor of the house and is cosy and fully furnished. Spend the sunny hours on your own terrace with garden furniture. Shared use of the garden is also permitted. There is a car park right next to the house. Only a few kilometres away you will find the Karoli-Badepark in Waldkirchen (one of the most modern adventure pools in the Bavarian Forest). The Bavarian Forest offers varied and diverse possibilities for a perfect holiday. Kilometres of cycling and hiking trails lead through the attractive landscape. Explore the area around Röhrnbach, "experience" nature and visit the sights of the region. There are numerous ski areas and winter sports facilities in the surrounding area (Geiersberg, Mitterdorf, Freyung, cross-country skiing centre, Arber). Favourite excursion destinations: Three-river city of Passau, city of Straubing, treetop walk Neuschönau, Sumava National Park, Silberberg Bodenmais, Churpfalzpark Loifling and much more. Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung.<br/><br/>bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir von der Familie Zellner freundlich begrüßt und gleich über das wichtigste informiert. Auch eine Flasche Wein fanden wir im Wohnzimmer vor.<br/><br/>Die schöne Fewo hat 2 geräumige Schlafzimmer, ein großes Bad mit Duschgelegenheit und WC, Wohn-Esszimmer mit kompletter Küche und TV. Wir nutzten das Wohnzimmer nur selten weil wir fast die ganze.....
