Vriendelijke ontvangst door beheerder en zeer behulpzaam, heeft ook allerlei tips voor uitjes. Zeer complete uitrusting in appartement, het appartement is zeer koel wat handig is bij zeer warme dagen. Één minpunt en nadeel: boven het appartement op de begane grond is er nog een appartement. Hier kan je geluidsoverlast van ondervinden, de vloer van de bovenverdieping is namelijk niet geïsoleerd.
